This is the plant as a whole, I can't describe the smell of the leaves and have no idea what herb it is.

Do you have any ideas? I want don't want this beauty to go to waste, I want to use it for something in the kitchen but I have no idea what it is.
Thank you in advance for helping me figure it out.

It looks somewhat like a non-culinary plant I have that is named "Veronica".
It looks like a type of salvia to me. A member of the mint family and also a type of sage(who knew they were related?) We have it in our garden and do not eat it! It's just decorative!
